Version 3.0.11 of the Oxford Mosaic platform was released on 21st February 2019.
New features
- A new set of font configurations are available so Site Owners and Administrators can optionally set alternative styles for WYSIWYG text, including body text, headers, and buttons
- Two new image sizes exist for images embedded in WYSIWYGs: aspect ratio 4:3 and aspect ratio 6:4 have been introduced to help the layout of multiple images
- Accessibilty Checker Drupal module has been installed and a new 'Check Accessibility' button is visible in the WYSIWYG toolbar. Content editors can now use the Check Accessibility tool to run an accessibility audit on their WYSIWYG content
- Several changes made to the configuration of permissions on the platform:
- Site Owners and Administrators can now control whether or not the Editor, Author, and Contributor roles can edit content outside of templates
- A new section for 'Site-wide content' exists in the Manage Content admin area, which is always visible to Site Owners and Administrators
- Access to Main menu configuration has moved from Site Settings > Navigation to Manage Content > Site-wide content
- Access to Taxonomy administration has moved from Site Settings > Navigation to Manage Content > Site-wide content
- Site Owners and Administrators can control whether or not the Editor, Author, and Contributor roles can view the Site-wide content section
- The main menu can now stretch the width of the screen as the search bar now moves above the menu in the Minimal Header at an earlier break point
- The 'Card' item styles are now available to Carousel widgets, as well as Grid and List listing widgets
- Two new variants of the 'Card' item styles exist: 'Card with Banner image' and 'Card with Icon image'
- Thumbnail added to Advanced Fonts Management for Secondary Header links
Bug fixes
- Link titles no longer being automatically input into incorrect fields for listing widgets
- Issues around Page title and subtitle margins have been fixed
