Features
- Added a "Pause animated content" accessibility link before the "Skip to main content" link. This makes it easier for keyboard and assistive technology users to stop slideshows/carousels auto-scrolling, and to pause videos set as backgrounds.
Bug Fixes
- Publications Listing (Symplectic) widget no longer incorrectly applies the 'show favourites' filter when used in brief list mode
- Fixed a rare bug in content workflow where it was occasionally possible for a page to get unpublished and move to a invalid state
